friendly staff immediate service amazing breakfast squeaky floor small elevator noise at night
I really appreciated the friendly staff. Before my arrival, I spoke with the team, and they were very accommodating. They immediately provided an iron and ironing board. The breakfast croissants were amazing!
The floorboards were quite squeaky at times. The elevator was also quite small for my suitcase. I also noticed noise from the stairs at night.

the staff was friendly and helpful . they quickly provided an iron and ironing board upon my arrival. they even offered a pizza cutter when my son brought back a pizza.
The floorboards creaked a lot. This became irritating at times. the lift was also small. It barely fit my suitcase. i heard noises from the pipes throughout the night.

Charming stay near Gare Du Nord
friendly staff charming rooms
I got everywhere I needed. It was not smack in the middle of tourist traps. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were charming. They were on the smaller side but not claustrophobic. I did find the breakfast croissants delicious.
The lift is small. It was difficult to fit my suitcase inside. The squeaky floor was irritating at times.

The hotel has a coffee shop, very cute. There is a water machine available , convenient. An elevator is available, it's very small for luggage. The hotel also offers services suitable for families with babies.
